My design foundation was built in London at Snappy Snaps Chiswick, where I rose from handling technical production to becoming Digital Section 2IC in one of London’s most successful photo retail franchises. I mastered everything from photographic retouching and digital manipulation to custom production techniques and client relationship management.

My creative capabilities expanded further at Pope Print, where I joined a dynamic pre-press and design department. Working both collaboratively as a team and independently with dedicated clients, I developed versatility across projects ranging from essential business collateral to sophisticated multi-page color productions.

In 2005, I made my first entrepreneurial leap, launching Aliarts Website Marketing – a website design and freelance graphic design business. This quickly evolved into a full-service creative agency in 2008, where I specialised in creating compelling websites and implementing effective digital marketing strategies that delivered measurable results for more than 100 clients.

The most significant chapter of my journey began in 2015 when I followed my heart into the pet industry, building a successful pet care business from the ground up. This hands-on experience transformed my understanding of what truly works for small business owners – especially those in the pet industry.
